Scotty, I am looking at buying a 06 Lexus RX 330 with 86k miles from someone local on facebook marketplace asking $12k. What do you think about the 330 model?

Just be careful on Facebook marketplace. It is covered in salvage title junk and extremely shady individuals who are using FaceBook accounts not actually tied to themselves just to flip cars. It is the worst. Not saying there aren't honest sellers, but as someone who was on there daily until recently deciding to cross it off my list of places to check, its 90% garbage. So just do your due diligence.
