I'm looking to buy a used 2008 Honda Civic EX, 5-Speed Manual with 184000 miles from a private seller.
Checked Readiness Monitors and the EVAP System shows incomplete since reset. Should I stay away unless all codes can complete readiness successfully?
Per my state (NY)...guidelines allow one monitor "not ready" for 2001 or newer model year vehicles. Looks like it will pass state inspection but I'm leery of possible "other" problems and/or if this is common for Honda Civics?

I would pass unless it's extremely cheap cuz inspections can be a stinker but if it's really cheap you keep resetting that before the inspection
