Should I buy any of these cars

Hello,

I'm looking at new/used manual transmission car to buy. I'm looking for something that is very reliable, that will last long, and has decent MPG.

I've been looking at:

1) 2018-2020 Honda Civic Sport, Sport Coupe, and LX (Dealerships)

2) A 2004 Corolla S (Dealership) (16,482 miles)

3) 2020 to 2022 Corolla SE (Dealerships)

4) A 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX STI Limited (Private Seller) (1025 miles)

Are these good choices? Would you recommend not getting some of these?

I'm hesitant on the newer cars, because I don't know if the newer parts are reliable.

Also I can't test drive some of these because they are a couple hundred miles away.

Thank you.

Brett

If you can't test drive it, don't buy it.

If you can't have it checked out by an independent mechanic, don't buy it.

Some of the low mileage on the above vehicles don’t make any sense.

Which are the ones you can physically touch, see & test drive?

The only ones I would be able to test in person is the Subaru WRX and a 2018 Civic LX.

Great. Test drive them both, and have the one you like better, inspected thoroughly by a professional mechanic, before purchase. Walk away from either if there are any red flags from the pre purchase inspection. All the best!

My main concern is if these are dependable like a Corolla. I don't want to be fixing them all the time, or looking for another car. I know civic are good, but I'm not sure about the newer models.

If that Civic LX has the 2.0L NA engine with the CVT, it may be just as good as a Corolla..
