Hey Scotty
Looking to buy a 2006 RX 330 for $7700(121K) or a 2009 RX 350 $8800(151K).
Which is the better car or deal and what issues, if any I should look out for?

One good thing to do is sign up on the Toyota website, and enter the vin to the 350 as yours, and you can see all the maintenance that was done to it. Likely it was serviced at lexus, at least for a while.
When I bought my GX470, it showed all history until 100k.

Well I'd buy the 350. It's a better engine. But of course you'd have to have a mechanic. Check it out either way. Those are expensive cars to fix and they can be in good shape, but they could also be a problem car and the mechanic could tell you that by checking it out
