I have a 2018 Honda Civic 1.5L Turbo with 37,000 miles. Ive noticed that recently, whenever I step on the gas, I hear a buzzing/grinding noise. Any idea of what the source might be?

A bad Catalytic converter could be the cause of sounds like that

Hopefully just a bad pulley bearing.
Be sure to report back when you take it in.
It's helpful for others to know what defects are popping up in newer cars.

Film the issue and take it to dealership to fix it under warranty if you have any.
