Cabin air filters - is HEPA a good idea?

I live miles from a dealer and need to replace my cabin air filter. Nothing OEM, but lots of selection. Several of the options are HEPA filters. Is there any benefit to using a HEPA cabin air filter? Does that benefit have an offsetting cost?

They filter smaller particles over the regular cabin air filters. They're only a few bucks more so yeah, why not

They do filter there better if you're nuts about air quality or have a wife like mine that doesn't like irritents go ahead and get it

I like the HEPA filters because they filter a lot better than factory when it comes to participants like pollen, which irritates my allergies really bad.

I'd say go ahead as you will get great filtration and it isn't a big expense anyway.

I suspect it will need replacing earlier, but for $20, it is no big g deal.

I prefer to get the "very best" in all "filters".
{Scotty behave!} I always tried to find the "best" quality; but there are not many choices for my BMW.
The "BMW OEM" filter is pitiful and costly. I pretty much stick to Purolator of Fram for the highest Quality FOR any filter. IMHO!
