2012 Cadillac 3.6 L, AWD. P235/50R18 & P265/45R18. Can I go to one tire size so I can carry a spare? I do not trust the stop leak air pump to get me where I'm going 100% of the time.

If your vehicle came stock from the factory with a staggered setup, I’d leave it as-is.
What does your owner’s manual recommend w.r.t. tyre specifications?
Just carry a portable tyre inflator + puncture repair kit in the boot, if you’re paranoid about punctures..

Since the engineers designed the AWD system with that tire/wheel size setup, I would not deviate.
