I have a 02 Cadillac Deville automatic 85k miles, Had it for about 2 years. its in great condition but Cadillac parts are going to be expensive when the time comes. Also I don't really like the big family car. I have always loved, and wanted a v8 mustang. (95-14 automatic or Manuel) I was wondering if a mustang would be a money pit car, (those years specifically)or if there were any other big problems with them. Is it worth finding and getting a mustang or should I stick with the Cadillac ?
The V8 Mustang can be a good choice. See below for which ones to get and which to avoid per our resident performance expert @Mod_Man

You’ll want to have a mechanic thoroughly check them out before you buy of course as the previous owner(s) may have driven the heck out of them.
@Daywalker saved me a lot of typing with that link. 🙂
I'll keep it brief since the info is out there, but basically avoid anything 2011+ in a manual, 2018+ period.
Get the oldest mustang you can find. "66-'67 would be great.
