A mechanic told me I need to replace the cam plugs on a 2013 Honda Accord Touring with a V6 engine and 140K miles because they are leaking. Is this recommendation a bunch of hooey?

It's a camshaft cover seal, and it's right there. Is it leaking? If it is, then pull it out and put a new one in. It takes 5 seconds.
