CamGuard Oil additive - Good or not?

2012 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X 88,880 miles 6-speed manual - I have been changing my oil using Mobile One Extended mileage full synthetic with a bottle of CamGuard oil additive every 10,000 to 12,000 miles since I had 20,000 miles on it.  I now use Mobile One Extended Life High Mileage oil full synthetic since I got over 70,000 miles.  Mobile says on the jug you can go for up 15,000-20,000  before oil change on the last jug I bought (didn't used to, said 12,000 to 15,000) but there's no way I'm pushing it past 12,000 to 15,000.  I always make sure that I get the Fram Full Synthetic extended life filter as well.  CamGuard was developed by Aircraft engine manufacturers & they developed an automotive version of it.  They swear it has no solids in it & will not clog tight spaces in the engine like many additives due.  Am I crazy to put so many miles on her before changing or should I be OK?  I plan on keeping her till death do us part & I may even cut the top off when I get her near 200,000 miles & take her to a beach town for retirement!!  Here's a link - https://aslcamguard.com.  Please everyone let me know what you think!!

Thanx!!

me I'd never push her all changes that far but if you're a lot of highway driving of course highway driving is equivalent to 10% City driving always realize that. Ask for additives I'd never heard that one there's a zillion additives out there most of them are snake oil I even taken some of these additives to oil engineers I know who say yeah we looked at that kind of additives but it really didn't do anything so we don't do that
