Toyota manual recommend using 5w30 or 10w30 fully synthetic.

But i am planning on using 0w20 fully synthetic oil.

Can i use that and it doesn't damadge my engine? NOTE most of my driving is on the highway.

Try this, in general I would just stick to your manual recommend just in case of anything.

Why use 0w20 when it is not recommended?  Besides, using full synthetic in a 23 year old engine is difficult to justify unless you get it at a blowout sale price and even then, I wouldn't use it at all.  It could cause more harm than good.  Your engine was never designed for it and it's not recommended.
