I have Camry 2005 4 cyl. When I start car that been sitting overnight it makes loud scraping sound for about a second. More sound like a zipper on a hoodie jacket when you unzip really fast. Sound gets worse on a cold weather. Oil level ok. Regularly maintained. Changed the starter but sound the same.

remove the serpentine belt

95% sure it's a fan belt (accessory belt) issue like MMJoe said.

Maybe radiator fan hitting the radiator fins? Also check if it comes from the compressor and if any rodents are stuck somewhere.
