I have a 1995 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder (5SFE). it rough starts sometimes. When the engine fires the rpms will go up like normal but then drop to about 500-600rpm instead of around 850rpm for normal idle. The car runs at the lower idle, but then when I tap the gas it revs back up to normal idle at about 850rpm. This has happened on both cold and warm starts. The car only has 145,000 miles. What could be the issue?
