Camry UA80 Transmission Service

Hi Scotty from Dominican Republic. My brother bought a 2019 Toyota Camry XSE V6 from USA with 22K miles. It has a UA80 Transmission, 8 Speed. It broke the little hose that takes the transmission fluid to the oil cooler and leaked it runing. By the oil line on the street he only drove about 500 meters leaking oil, then the car was parked and there it lost all left, I would say over 2-3 quarters after car was parked. Hose was replaced. When drain plug was removed (both) to drain, there was nothing left (I guest there was more on the converter). He bought oil CVT (wrong one) and put it inside 6.5 quarters, TOYOTA NY says it uses 10 quarters. Guess had the other 3.5 inside converter. He olny has driven about 12 kilometers and yellow light has showed up on the dash.

Here's the deal... Now we (I) have to fix it and put the correct oil inside whic is ATF WS. How do I draing the whole thing to get ALL the wrong oil out and most important how do I know the correct ammount to fill? I know we have to use a scanner to check temperatures. Do you have info for this one? How to do the correct service in this one? If you could go on the long explanation will be great, but short concise will work too.

I hope you get my messsage soon. I've been your fan since 2017 and watched almost every one of your videos since then, some older ones too. All I learned is from you and always tell my friend about your videos and what you say. BIG Thank you! You are the only one out here telling people the truth and really helping at the best of your knowledge. THANK YOU BIG TIME!

This is one of the few situations I recommend doing a complete fluid replacement with an exchange machine. In a place like DR, I would take it to the dealer to have that done.

Any idea how the hose broke?
