Hi Scotty,
I am going to be purchasing a used 2019 - 2020 Camry or Sonata. Looking at issues with the new 2.5 and its 0w16 and recall on the fuel pump. Would I be wise going with the Sonata and its longer warranty?

Hello no, get the Camry.....it’s just a better vehicle and will last a very long time trouble free.

If you care about long term longevity well beyond 100,000 miles and like to keep your cars a long time, stick with the Camry. Hyunda/Kia’s quality is not as good and while they are generally OK up to 100,000 miles their reliability really diverges from Toyota beyond that.
