2005 Toyota Camry whining high rpm

Hello I got Camry 2005 4 cylinder LE 202000 miles bought it used with 87000 miles.
Just replaced noisy high pressure power steering hose. Steering is super quite now
However....
Now I can heat whining noise, especially when car cold from the transmission (I belive) after 4000 rpm to red line.
I checked fluid level it was a little low so I added a little....little...the same stuff.... OH NOOOOO!
I added the same Dexron 3 which dealer sold me about 6 months ago to change my transmission fluid!
I had no idea that I needed AFT type 4. I just find out this morning on the dipstick!
So did I destroyed transmission by chaging 4qt of Dexron 3 instead of Dexron 4?
I think there is about 12 qt total in transmission so I have about half of Dexron 4 and other half Dexron 3.

Transmission shifts perfectly. And if I drive like a normal person no noise.
But I don't drive like a normal person. I always do zero to speed limit.
And when I floor it I hear noise around 4000 rpm. Its not super loud, but I couldn't hear before because of noisy return hose. And now I do....
So two questions.
1) Is it possible to destroy Camry 2005 transmission with OEM Dexron 3?
2) If you guys floor your Camry do you hear any transmission whining noise?
Or it should be relativity quite ( But noise does gets more quite when car warm up)
Maybe dirty transmission filter....who knows...

Well I would drain it out and use four now there isn't all that much difference between the two but four is backwards compatible you could use four and three but not three and four in the long run
