i have a 2020 toyota corolla se with cvt transmission just wondering if cvt can safely to do burnout by having parking brake on then accelerate hard as it can

Sure, you can burn out a CVT quickly doing that kind of nonsense.

Of course not. CVT are known for being weak. Why would you do stupid stuff like that with a new Corolla anyway? It's not a race car.
