I bought a truck from the auction. They replaced the OE headlight assembly for a Halogen Headlight system/ DDM Tuning. They only spliced one wiring harness on the passenger side. Ran power from passenger side to power driver side assembly. Halogen light blew driver side, They don't make the bulb anymore. So I put the OE assembly back in and connected the OE wiring harness to light on Drivers side. Works fine. Noticed when I took Halogen light off it made a open circuit noise when turning the key. I put the Halogen light back on. The noise stopped. Can I leave the blown Halogen light free hanging. What should I do?

Big mistake.
They only spliced one wiring harness on the passenger side. ...
Who knows what other Frankenstein hack jobs were done.
What should I do?
Probably the best thing to do is get rid of that thing before it completely empties your wallet.
Also you left out a few pertinent details requested per the posting instructions...
It's an automatic 2004 Toyota Tundra SR5 with 135000 miles.
The truck runs great the Auction I go to has a good reputation. Have bought multiple cars at this auction. Still have 3 of them in the family.

It's pot luck that's saving you, not the auctioneers. "No written warranty is expressed, or implied, the auctioneer is simply providing a service." I'm surprised they never warned you. I've been to many, many auctions and I stay away from cars. The one time we did bid on a car was a Model T Ford. We lost. We found a radiator assembly from that same auction that we won.
Auctioneers are simply providing a service.

So it's not saying it submitted the question. It just says working and loading. And turns back red to ask question. Then the form is still open with my question in it. So I didn't know it submitted the question.
All buttons here are red, and stay red.
it does eventually tell you it's posted. Just gotta be patient while it says working.
