Is there any way I can tow my 2004 Scion xB behind my RV it is an automatic

The only way to safety do that is putting the car on a flatbed and towing the flatbed with your RV. You don't want to just put the car in neutral and roll it behind the RV - if you do that, you risk damaging the transmission. For very short distances it could be okay, but might as well do it the proper way.

2WD - needs a dolly under the front wheels
AWD - needs to sit on a deck, so that's probably a nope for you
