Scotty, I have a 2011 chevy silverado with the dreaded p0442 code. The command evap percentage shows at around 20% while the car is running and evap_vp at -0.2 (inH20). I am thinking the purge valve is the culprit. Where should I start?
Can I use a cigar with a vacuum hose and blow into evap line to find leak?

Start with the fuel cap. If it is loose or the seal is bad, it can cause a small EVAP leak. Make sure the seal is good and the cap is tightened until the "click" point.
