I have a 2004 Chevy suburban 2500 HD. My dash cluster went out again I replaced it about seven years ago was wondering if you can put in mechanical gauges. If so what cages can be added and how can you have them.

No. Almost all, if not all gauges are computer aided, if not outright driven by computers. My 1999 Ranger has a value in live data that says precisely what the RPMs are at, in real-time. The camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, advancement and reduction of ignition timing are all 100% controlled by computer. The speedometer doesn't have a physical connection to the transmission (at least as far as a spinning cable). Wheel speed sensors drive the speedometer.
