I have a 2012 Hyundai Accent and, I have gotten a burning throat everytime I get in and out of my car. I’ve had a mechanic flush it out and it still is burning when I’m in the car.

Clean the AC vents, Scotty has a video using Lysol but there are products specifically designed for this purpose. Also, change the cabin air filter.
