Just wondering. When the car ac runs low on 134a do you also loose oil from the system. I watch the recharge video and you don't say about the oil. Do I need to add oil? I have a 2014 GMC Acadia.
Thank you for the quick reply. I still had pressure in the system so I thought I would add 134a and see if it takes another seven years to leak down. Keep up the good work.
Be sure to use only pure R134a (no sealers) and monitor pressures with a manifold gauge set. Do not use a "recharge can".

It all depends where the leak is if you see a leak area and it's not oily then you haven't lost any oil. And of course I didn't know I was pure gas work unless you empty the entire system flush it out and then fill it with the factory fill anything else is just pure gas work
