Does Scotty or anyone else here ever involved in car accident? For me I’ve been driving for almost 10 years never got into accident yet but 6 months ago there was a close call by few inches when a crazy driver runs red light at maybe 60 mph behind me.

There will be more. Learn to drive defensively, and record as much data as possible when it happens. Get a dash cam if you don't already have one. Many people are scumbags, and they will try to screw you
@imperator Even my mother she was been driving for 30+ years and never got into accident especially back in my hometown where car accidents are rare there. Now, ever since we’ve relocated to another state and city there’s lots of crazy drivers here and that’s why driving is always gives me anxiety. I guess city or area I live is a factor where reckless drivers is common.
Naturally. When you increase the number of drivers on the road, then statistically you increase the number of acccidents.
I've been driving for 13 years and I've never had an accident. I'm always alert, watching other people constantly, especially when I'm coming up on intersections. I drove 50 miles a day round trip when I worked at a plating company and I would put 300 miles a week on my Ranger. I worked there for 5 years and I commuted through the so-called Malfunction Junction daily. I drive defensively. I use my turn signals every time I turn, I never change lanes in intersections, it's a massive pet peeve of mine, not to mention it's also illegal. People around here do it all the time.
