Car battery drain

I’ve got battery drain problem on my 2010 Dodge Journey. I have replaced all sorts of things; Alternator, battery, car’s computer all to no avail. Every time we’re testing the battery only to be told the battery is fine. We still have other electrical problems like the driver’s door panel doesn’t work, the car horn also does not work. With that I’m asking is it possible that either the door panel or the car horn can be the cause of the drainage of the battery?

U put a volt meter and run it inline with the battery and pull each fuse one by one till u find the drain.

Had a mechanic do all that, all they kept saying was that the part they replaced kept getting fried and that something was the issue. Just didn’t know what.
