Scotty, I purchased a 2003 Honda Civic DX (clutch) with 66,000 miles for $3,600. the air conditioner is starting to rattle which I assume will need replacing. Is it common for these to go out with such low mileage?

Hello,
2003 car has very low miles but it may have come from a warm climate,
Meaning the AC would be in use all the time,
It's not a big deal to change the AC pump but the gas must be recycled properly.
