Hey scotty, can a car cover make your car rust. I don't mean the pull in ones, I mean like the ones that they use in nascar when it rains.

The cover itself can't. But if you are trapping in salty air, or even if you just live by the ocean, the air will find it's way under the cover and could cause rust problems. They are not air tight.
