Car cranks, but no turnover

I have a 2004 Chevy cavalier 4sd. I have replaced the starter, alternator and battery recently. As of recent, my car has had problems turning over. I sometimes would move the battery around and it started. Recently I had to move the starter relay around to get the car to start. When I try to start it now, it makes a clink sound as when the battery is not getting enough power to turn on. The stereo on my car has not reset as it would do with a dead battery. There is no corrosion around any of the wires or battery.

If moving battery and connections around causes it to start you have a problem with your cables or terminals. Note that the stereo takes several orders of magnitude less current than the starter to store its settings and will not be necessarily affected by hinky battery cables as long as there is a partial connection. You might want to do a voltage drop test on the cables.
