Are car dealerships in rural areas more or less trustworthy than urban areas dealerships? Or does it not matter?

Well generally they are because there's so many less people there everybody knows and a crook can only fool so many people and he runs out of people to fool. But in the big city where millions of people are. Yeah, you can have lots of crooks screwing people over forever with such a large mass of people
