1998 oldmobil cutless supreme 3.1 L 140miles works great and start off like new. I hit a few bumps in the road several times but all ok . sometimes later the car dies out after running about a mile or two and have to restart up again to run and it happens again and again. Took it to manacanic he say no need tune up because runs good no air leek too. Did ran car for a few days now it won't start up at all. Oh I put gas into it be for it just dies totally .help {black}:grinning:

Did the mechanic scan for any codes or check live data using either a GM Tech2 or equivalent scan tool? A guess might be the crank sensor since a common failure mode is they work when cold but go out on you after they heat up, but really a proper diagnosis needs to be done before replacing parts.
