Car got slow after resonator change

Hello Scotty, I have a 2002 Honda CR-V in Thailand. My car had a broken catalytic converter before I owned it. I diagnosed and changed it 6 month ago. Since then the car was smooth. But recently the car exhaust pipe hit a low wall and the broken parts of old catalytic converters blocked the resonator and muffler. I couldn't find an OEM resonator so changed to a custom one (shorter and than the OEM one and probably created less back pressure than before). My mechanic cut the exhaust muffler and cleaned up the old broken parts. There is no leak anywhere in the exhaust system. The O2 sensors are good. The car accelerates but burns too much fuel after this change. The gear shifting delays. The engine load PCT is around 40-60 in average. How can I fix this delayed gear shifting issue?

My engine is k20A.

If you change the back pressure, the computer doesn't know that and it screws up all kinds of computer diagnosis from the oxygen sensors. I would go back to stock if I were you
