Car is galloping in low rpms sounds like it wants to stall when idling

I own a 2005 Hyundai Elantra MT with 270,000 miles. I have used fuel injector cleaner and I just replaced the the throttle positioning sensor and I’m still feeling it gallop when giving it gas.
