Fix the AC

By the description of the problem, I'm 99% certain that it's an automated manual (AMT), And in that case I would not blame the AC compressor at all!

these tend to jerk badly if the engine is under load and is running slightly incorrectly,
You can't imagine how common that is on European Toyota for it to just need new plugs or a new fuel filter to make it drive smoothly under load.
So instead of blaming the compressor I'd first check that the engine is running correctly and that the clutch is not slipping yet.

@abhishek-09 to go forwards, do you select A or E? and am I correct that you do not have a P position?

What model year is it? Tata vehicles are notorious for failing AC compressors..

2018 automatic (amt)

Isn’t it still under warranty?
