When accelerating car makes this “uhhh uhh” noise or a groaning noise. I’m not sure what it is. Tried searching it up and sending it to my mechanic but no luck. My winter tires are making too much noise for them to hear what I hear. I hope my description of what I hear someone will know what I’m talking about

There would not be a "code" for a purely mechanical noise.
You might try a noise-finding gadget like the ones that Scotty has demonstrated in his videos.

I would use my ears to listen to noise and trying to figure where it's coming from.

Is it only when the car is in drive/going down the road?
Did you try to open the hood and accelerate while parked or neutral and check for the sound?
