Did you end up figuring out the source of the noise? I have a similar sound, on my 2013 Cr-v exl, but very briefly, only when I blip the throttle, at around 1,100 Rpms. Sounds like it's coming from under the valve cover, but no other issues. 78k miles, k24 engine
