Hi Scotty,
I have a manual 2011 Nissan Sentra and it has about 120,000 km on it. My car started to give me noises when I start driving on first gear also because I live in Canada I start on second gear during the winter to avoid sliding. When I start on second gear the noise get really louder and shake it more as well. Also when I’m turning it also makes that noise. However the noise and the shaking goes away after 3 seconds from driving. I thought it was the cv joint but that’s wasn’t the issues any thoughts?

Your clutch might be worn out? Also what kind of sounds are we talking about?
