Hello,
I own a 2010 lincoln town car 74k miles. Whenever I sit in the driver seat, the seat only moves forward a tiny bit and stops. When I get out of the seat and move it standing up, the seat moves, but creakes a little bit over a certain part of the railing. What is the issue?

Clean the rails. If that didn't help, the motor is weak.
