I have a 2010 Scion TC automatic transmission with 129k miles. I have cleaned out the MAF sensor, changed all the filters, changed the spark plugs. It does not shake a lot but it is noticeable. Shakes only on drive and reverse, not on park or neutral. What can it be?

I have no CEL on incase you were wondering.
I also cleaned the throttle body with Throttle body cleaner****
possibly a vacuum leak on air intake system. That was my problem. I found 2 little hoses that were disconnected and the IAC valve needed replacing and that solved the problem.
I forgot to mention that I have no CEL on. Wouldn't a leak trigger a CEL?
Funny thing is mine didn't which was weird cause you think that it would. But it was just enough to make my truck shake and shutter also almost stall at low speed, like idle speed basically
