Hey Scotty I have an 07 Toyota Avalon with 190k miles. It's starting to hit speed bumps so it's time to change the shocks/struts. It already rides pretty soft, but are there particular shocks/struts I can get for the softest possible ride? I want it as soft as I can possibly get it. Along with the suspension parts, what else can I do to make it ride softer?
just get some top shelf struts like OEM or KYB. If you want , spend some extra money on adjustable shocks and tune them to your ride.

I say get OEM/KYB struts, but get good quality/Michelin tyres.
You’ll be surprised how a good, comfort oriented tyre improves the cushioning over bumps.
No kidding! When I first got my 98' 4runner, it had some junky off brand tires on it. I switched them out with just some Hankook AT tires, and it was like I got new suspension! Michelin surely is much better Still.
