I have 2003 Honda Accord euro. I got its spark plugs and water pump changed. After this service, car vibrates a lot when standing idle in driving mode especially at traffic lights.

Maybe they didn't plug the spark plug wires in correctly. Go back.

Does it stop shaking if you put the car in neutral? If so, the torque converter is not working fine.
Yes, the car stops shaking in neutral and also when the car is running it doesn’t shake.
Fixing the torque converter issue is not a cheap one. If it bothers you a lot, put the car in neutral when you stop at a red light.
