Scotty, I have a 2005 Scion TC with a 5 spd manual transmission. The car has 240,000 miles and has never had the clutch components replaced. A few months ago, the clutch pedal went to the floor and stayed there. I replaced the clutch slave and master cylinders and it fixed the problem but on occassion, the car has trouble going into gears and I have to bleed the system again. This is a repetitive issue. It works for awhile and then gies back to not wanting to shift. I purchased OEM replacement parts but I am wondering if the parts are junk or if something else is causing this problem. Thanks
Some hydraulic clutches are notoriously difficult to bleed completely and may require pressure bleeding with a Motive pressure bleeder or similar device.
