Car shudders in low rpm

Hi, I have a 2011 Subaru Tribeca with 100k miles. A few months ago, I went to a transmission shop to request a fluid change and they did a transmission flush. After that, I started noticing a shudder between 45 and 60 mph and 2000 rpm. It doesn't happen in low gears and low rpm, only in high gears and low rpm.

Today I went back to the same transmission shop, to request an evaluation of the transmission, with the bill of the transmission flush they did, and their diagnostic is that the drive shaft is starting to go out and that's the reason why the car shudders between 4th and 5th gear only.

So, according to them, there is nothing wrong with the transmission, it's the drive shaft starting to go out.

Does it make sense?

Thanks in advance.

I think you need to find another shop. For the shudder, add some Lucas transmission additive and pray it helps the situation.

How can I drain out the amount of transmission fluid to add the Lucas Transmission Fix?

You have a drain plug on the transmission. The same plug you use to drain the ATF.

I mean, we are talking about Lucas Transmission Fix Treatment, right? In the specification it says: "Can be added to existing fluid without draining any out."

You do not want to overfill the ATF.
