Hello Scotty, Toni from nigeria.
my speedometer goes all the way up when i start the car but won’t leave 0 while driving, only rev meter works normal. I own a corolla 2009 with 118,435 on odometer.

Using a scan tool, check to see if you have readings from the speed sensor.

Well odds are your speedometer inside the dash is broken
