I got a 2013 Kia Rio and one day it just stopped wanting to accelerate and no peddle response and it still turns over and fires up but stalls right away and I’ve put a used throttle body in and a used fuel pump and a crankshaft sensor and I have no clue what’s causing this and I dknt have a high tech scan tool to figure out what’s wrong, oil looks off like a Tanish color so can u help me?
Check the spark plugs for being wet with coolant. Look down into the spark plug holes for coolant on top of the pistons if you can.
You need to scan it for codes and go from there. Until then, you're just guessing. Sounds like a fuel system problem. Why are you using used parts? What makes you think they are any good?
Possibly a blown head gasket. Do you have white smoke after the engine warms up? Is your coolant level dropping? You can get a test kit on amazon or any auto parts store. In regard to the tan oil color, have a look at this.
