Hey scotty I have a 2010 Chevy equinox and recently my car randomly stopped as I was in a drive thru do you know what could be the problem?

Too many variables. It could be any number of things.
If it didn't throw the check engine light and hasn't happened again, I wouldn't worry. If it does happen again, note the conditions and speed you were going, etc. The more details the better for troubleshooting.
