Hie Scott, my car has very less power when taking off or when going uphill but it reaches speeds of more than 100km/hr. Its Toyota Vitz 1SZ with 157000km. Serviced it a week ago but no change. It also has a new fuel pump
Change the fuel filter and then pressure test the new fuel pump.
You may also have to pressure test the cat. See here -

As I just had this happen, I thought I would mention it, it doesn't have a brake dragging by chance does it?
Have you noticed your gas mileage going down?
If you are not sure how to check it, an easy way is after you drive a bit, feel the rims and see if they have equal heat. If one is hotter than the others, carefully touch the rotors quickly to see how hot they are, careful because it may be seriously hot.
Again, front rotors should be about equally hot, as should the rears.
Mine was not dragging too much that I really noticed it, but I did feel like I didn't have as much power. When I filled up with gas I was down to 20mpg on a Toyota matrix, the worst I normally get is 24. Sure enough the right front was very hot, and the left was cold.
I am replacing both my front rusty old calipers today.
