I recently replace my fuel pump now win i under half the car will stutter and lurches when I really step on the gas if I fill up it goes away I have a 2000 Mitsubishi eclipsE

What brand of pump? Did you change the filter too?

I don’t know the brand it was from advanced auto
It might have been a defective pump. It happens a lot. Always buy the best fuel pump, OEM if possible.
