Need a tad bit more info Bob. Make, year, engine,tranny,mileage and symptoms would be a good start.

Well start with my video fixing a car that cranks but doesn't start up. Watch that on YouTube that gives you many tips on what's going on but if you're saying it cranks a whole bunch but then does start up I would say change the fuel filter change the spark plugs change the air filter do all the obvious things that will keep a car from starting well when it's cold.
