I have chrysler 200 2012 sometimes shifts hard when cold and idles ruff has 92k miles and idea what can be i notices i get it to not idle right if i pull on 2 window buttons at same time then idles ruff and headlights deam
Monitor voltage. Alternator and battery is logical based on symptoms.

If you have monitored it and it stays at/above 13.8 volts when the condition happens, get a wrench and socket and back off a 1/4 turn and retighten every ground on car. This should find/fix it. First had to insure good/proper supply voltage tho. Make sense?
Yeah it sound like it could be something like a battery or alternator. I would suggest going to a part store or a shop and having your alternator tested and to have your battery load tested.
