Car Vibration and Hesitation when AC is on

Hey there scotty, need some help with my 2010 Honda CRV with the R20A engine it has almost 100000KMs. I recently swapped my ignition coils for new ones. The plugs were fine and less than a year old so  just cleaned them as i usually do.  However there seems to be this recurring problem of car vibration/shudder when the ac is on and the car even hesitates to accelerate in that state. I once had this issue and i had to replace the alternator which improved it for a while but it has come back and is worse. When the ac is off the car has power. The AC compressor is a used one i got from a scrap yard. It still blows cold. But i cant help but wonder if the AC is the culprit kindly assist

That could be your problem right there. It may be wearing out internally and requiring more power than normal to operate.

However I would load test your battery and alternator, or at least check voltage at the battery when the compressor engages, to see if it's an electrical problem.
